Sadly we have to report that Rodney Hampshire passed away on 16th May 2017.
For those who didn’t know Rodney he supervised clinics at Bradford University some years ago and practiced in Huddersfield before retiring.
There will be a private cremation at 1:30pm on Thursday 15th June at St Paul’s Church, Armitage Bridge followed by a Celebration of Life service.
Family flowers only, donations in lieu to Cancer Research and St Paul’s Church.

CET Claims 2016
Optometrists and Ophthalmic Medical Practitioners (OMPs) who performed General Ophthalmic Services (GOS) work can claim for CET that they have taken from January 1st to December 31st 2015.
The grant for CET stands at £540 and the claims window for CET taken in 2015 in England, Scotland and Wales runs from 1 July – 31 October 2016.
